Although we sometimes quarrel
and don't see eye to eye
still our love is special
it burns for you and I

At times when worry haunts us
we seem to find a way
to smooth out all the rough spots

When the road is rocky
adding stress into ours lives
we have each other to lean on
making things alright

Our life is not a fairytale
with many crosses to bear
